This stylish vacation home is ideal for a family with children as it sleeps up to 6 people. The village it is in is very modern and with communal facilities, so you could easily switch between the community pool and the villa’s private pool if you wish. Villa Majestic 67 has a fabulous tropical garden that is very private and secluded; there are various seated areas and a bright turquoise pool, a perfect setting for unwinding and recharging your batteries.
The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus an open plan living, kitchen and dining room. The lounge space is modern-looking and very comfortable; it features a large sofa, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and interesting décor with curtains that can create a cinema-like feeling. The kitchen is elegant and with all the utensils and appliances you may need including an oven and microwave, and a breakfast bar with 2 chairs. The dining area is decorated in a Buddhist fashion and it is nicely separated from the living room and kitchen, only without doors in between.
The master bedroom is something special, with a moveable wall that opens/hides the glass doors that lead out to the garden. It also comes with a 4-poster king size bed, large walk-in closet room with huge mirrors and lots of space, and a big en suite double bathroom with double shower and a private sauna. The second bedroom features a king size bed, wardrobe and a vanity table, while the third has a queen size bed. Both rooms feature en suite bathrooms with showers. The third room isn’t very spacious but it is cosy so it may be suitable for younger children.
Pratumnak Hill, the locale to be
The villa is located in a prestigious development in Pratumnak Hill, close to a number of attractions and fantastic restaurants. Lovely Cosy Beach is just 500 meters away while Pratumnak Beach is 1.5 km away from the property. Enjoy the panoramic view of the city from the Pratumnak Viewpoint that is 1 km away, or spend the evening exploring the Walking Street that is a 10-minute drive or 2.5 km away.
