The villa has a striking garden area with lawns and palm trees that offer a relaxing space to unwind in the sun or shade. The garden is dominated by the private swimming pool with an adjoining terrace that leads directly into the downstairs living areas. There is also a BBQ so you can enjoy freshly grilled seafood whenever you please. On the days you choose to go out exploring rather than stay at poolside, you will be happy to return to this light and warm summer abode.
The open plan nature of the living room offers direct access and views out towards the garden and pool. The room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, large flat-screen TV and a 4-seat wooden dining table. There are 4 bedrooms in total, all of which have king- or queen-size double beds sleeping up to 8 people. The villa is situated in an area called East Pattaya, which is the opposite side of Sukhumvit Road, and is in a very private spot while still being a short drive away from the city. Restaurants are just 1 km away, as are shops and spas. Some of the best known attractions in East Pattaya are the Million Year Stone Park and the Elephant Village. The beaches in Pattaya and Jomtien are 4.6 km away, and so are nightlife options.
