This modern Pattaya pool villa has 3-bedrooms in total sleeping up to 6 people and enjoys lots of onsite facilities that will lubricate the wheels of fun on holiday in Pattaya.
The outdoor garden area boasts a private salt water swimming pool that is flanked by a covered terrace area where you will find a pool table. This is the ideal spot to relax and unwind with family and friends. There is an off road parking big enough for a pickup truck with a secure electric gate. Another one of the unique features of this villa is the onsite sauna.
Making your way into the spacious open-plan lounge area, you are encountered by lots of light tones, views out to the pool and entertainment facilities that include a flat-screen TV with international channels and a surround sound music system. Coming equipped with lots of cool paintings on the walls, a comfortable sofa with a stylish recliner and a 6-seat glass dining table, this area has more than you could possibly need.
Also as part of the main living space, separated by sliding doors, you will find a stylish and fully-fitted Western-style kitchen with an oven, hobs, large fridge, microwave and more, all within a stunning black and white design.
Making your way upstairs, you will find a large open terrace that links all the bedrooms together and is the ideal place to relax and absorb the sunrays. The spacious terrace consists of 14 chairs, some of them lounge chairs, tables, 4 bar stools and 2 sun beds. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all of which have ensuite bathrooms that come with toilets, wash basins and showers. All the bedrooms have double beds, televisions, large wardrobes, air-con, desks and even small sofas. Two of the bedrooms have a double sofa bed each for another 4 guests. One of the bedrooms has even its own small cooking area.
