This modern 4-bedroom holiday villa rental in Pattaya basks in the peaceful corner of a cul de sac on a quality residential development in Jomtien. It is set just 1 km from Jomtien Beach and hundreds of meters from bars and restaurants. Its tropical garden is shaded with tall trees, creating the perfect spot for enjoying the villa’s private pool and tropical surroundings in total privacy.
The villa has two floors. The ground floor comprises the open plan living space and a fully equipped western style kitchen that provides lots of self-catering options, plus one bedroom and a separate bathroom. The three remaining bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs. All bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes, flat-screen TVs, and air-conditioning. One of the upstairs bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, while the other two share one en suite bathroom through connecting doors.
From the lovely living area you can enjoy views looking out towards the garden and swimming pool. With a 7-seat settee, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with international cable channels, the lounge is the place to relax after a long day touring around the region. The dining area is next to the lounge and has a 6-seat dining table. On the covered terrace you will find another 6-seat table, a fan and a gas BBQ. This is a great option for al fresco dining in the evenings at poolside.
