The Villa Jomtien Summertime C offers three bedrooms with a private pool, only a short 5 minute walk from idyllic Jomtien Beach. Unlike Pattaya, Jomtiem is more relaxed and laid-back, yet close to all conveniences such as shops, bars, restaurants and lots of attractions.
3-Bedroom holiday rental with pool close to Jomtien Beach
This 2-storey 3-bedroom villa for 6 guests is set in a peaceful secure complex, and it offers a superb location in Jomtien. It is adjacent to Jomtein 2nd Road and in close proximity to lots of amenities, attractions and activities. Within 5 minutes by foot you can be at Jomtien Beach, where all the shops, bars and international restaurants are lacing the beachfront.
The villa features a lovely garden with colourful topical flowers that will soothe the eyes. Only a step away is a good sized swimming pool with two sunbeds and an umbrella. The adjoining terrace has a 6-seat table and a big BBQ grill, which make it the perfect place for having a seafood feast or a small party.
The villa’s common areas - living room, kitchen, dining, and bathroom with a washing machine - are all set on the ground floor. The living room features a beautiful crafted 3-piece wooden sitting place for 6 persons and a large flat-screen TV with international channels, for when you wish to relax indoors. The dining area is located on a semi-level, just above the living area, and has a wooden table with 6 comfy chairs.
Besides the outside BBQ grill, there are 2 cooking areas inside the villa. A choice of modern appliances such as a fridge, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster and rice cooker is available next to the breakfast bar. Just behind this area there is another room with a 2-ring gas hob.
The 3 bedrooms are all on the second floor. They are beautifully furnished with hardwood, pastel colored walls and matching curtains and linen; each has a wardrobe, dressing table, vanity set and air- con. One room offers two single beds and another has a double bed. The master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV and view of the pool is startling. The villa has three bathrooms of which one is on the ground floor for everybody’s convenience. The other two are on the second floor, one is shared by the two guest rooms and the master bath is private.
Superb location, walking distance to Jomtien Beach
It will take you only a 5 minute walk to get to Jomtien Beach, where you can find not only a beautiful sandy area but plenty of shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a fun night, many pubs and bars are nestled on the beachfront. The main city of Pattaya is only 10 or 15 minutes away by car, depending on traffic, where you can enjoy a shopping spree in the malls such as Central Festival Pattaya. Alternatively, take a stroll along the world-famous Pattaya Walking Street.
