This is a property that combines several features: a setting close to the beach, plenty of space for large parties to holiday, and a private pool. Set amidst a residential development just a 15-minute walk from Na Jomtien Beach, the 6 bedroom villa is set over 3 floors and sleeps up to 16 people. This striking holiday rental features many floor-to-ceiling glass windows that both let the light in and create a sense of natural living.
The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a garden. The garden boasts different relaxation areas and beautiful colours; it is a soothing spot for the mind, body and soul. The private swimming pool has water features, and a kids’ section, so everyone in the family can enjoy a different activity while staying in the same area.
There are 6 bedrooms in this villa: four of them have one double bed each, while the remaining two bedrooms both have 2 double beds. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, televisions, wardrobe facilities, and air-con. The bedroom located on the 3rd floor also has a large balcony that overlooks the pool and garden. There are 7 bathrooms in the villa, 6 of which are en suite; aside from a shower, toilet and wash basin. The 7th bathroom stands alone and is massive.
The living area features lovely pool views and has a very natural feel to it. In the lounge, there is a pool table, a TV with international channels, and sofas. The kitchen is located on the ground floor, near the lounge, and has a 3-ring gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator and toaster. The dining area is next to the lounge and has an 6-seat dining table.

The villa is located in a classy residential estate just a few minutes’ drive from the beach in Na Jomtien. Na Jomtien Beach is home to some large resorts, as well as beach bars, restaurants, massage places, and activities such as kite boarding and wind surfing. Being located in Na Jomtien ensures you can easily get to Sukhumvit Road where the shopping centres are just a 5-minute drive away, as are tourist attractions such as Pattaya Floating Market, Pattaya Underwater World and Mimosa.
