Kancha Villa is a 3-bedroom abode located in a quiet and secure area of Pattaya city. It is a two minute walk to the beach. The Villa has a stylish design, with a large private swimming pool as well as a communal pool located at the beachfront. Another great feature of this villa is that it has a fully equipped entertainment system for you and your group to enjoy a fun holiday!
Spacious pool rental with beach access close to Banglamung
Kancha Villa is a beautiful property situated in a residential complex close to the beach. Its interior is modern and bright, offering calmness and a relaxing feel. All bedrooms have their own access to the pool so you can simply open the bedroom door and jump straight into it, adding more fun to your holiday. Moreover, there is a clubhouse in the complex where you can access a sea view swimming pool, or stroll down the beach.
Walking into the villa compound, you will be impressed by a contemporary design both inside and out. It has been built with a light and bright colour tone. There is one outdoor living area with 4-seated chairs, and the swimming pool is set in the villa’s centre. There are three spacious bedrooms, one living room, expansive outdoor space, and a western style kitchen. The living room is surrounded by glass windows, overlooking and with access to swimming pool. It has an inviting leather sofa for 5 guests to sit comfortably, TV, Cable, Wi-Fi and a stereo system for you to enjoy entertainment or singing karaoke.
The three bedrooms can sleep up to 6 guests in two double beds and one king size bed. Two of the bedrooms have televisions; all have timber floors, wardrobes, air-con units, and there is one security box. There is one toilet for guests’ use next to the pool, and one shared and one en suite bathroom. The Western style kitchen is set outside, close to the lounge and dining area, complete with all the appliances you need for cooking and featuring a lovely pool view.
There are two dining areas for you to choose from, one is a 6-seater table in the living area and the second option is a 4-seater table outside in the front of swimming pool. The villa also has a private parking.
Banglamung area, short walk to the beach
The villa is set in a convenient location in North Pattaya, on the outskirts of Pattaya city, only a 10 minute drive from Naklua. The nearest beach is a 2-minute walk away, and you can find many bars, shops, and restaurants in this locale. Pattaya has a lot to offer both in attractions and fun. You can go to Pattaya Sheep Farm or Million Year Stone Park easily from this villa. If you wish to check out Pattaya city for its nightlife, you can do that as well as Walking Street is not far away. For those who love to play golf, you can drive 15 minutes to visit Pattaya Country Club, or a little further to Leam Chabang Golf Course.
