The villa itself is decorated using a palette of natural creams and browns, which are complimented with features of wood and stone as well as an eye-catching selection of artwork and ornaments throughout each room.
The two floors boast a generous amount of space. Downstairs you find the main living and dining area, where guests can view or access the luxury swimming pool and luscious, green garden. Leading on from the living space is the idyllic, Western kitchen and then climb the stairs to reveal the 3 marvelous bedrooms (1 master and 2 doubles), each equipped with an en-suite and balcony to marvel at the breathtaking views of the tropical landscape all the way down to the ocean.
The residence also contains an array of modern facilities and equipment to make your stay as relaxing as possible including a large flat-screen television with access to a number of channels, a DVD player, speakers, a treadmill, dishwasher and washing machine plus a great WiFi service as well as air-con.

Schlafzimmer
The large master bedroom is a key feature of the property with incredible views all the way down to the ocean as well as a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom next door also shows off the same view as well as the additional bonus of a flat screen television. The room opposite overlooks the pool and garden area and contains an infant’s cot should guests require it.
Badezimmer
The master bedroom is connected to a luxurious en-suite containing a large bathtub and separate rain shower. There are two additional en-suites with rain showers for the further two bedrooms and an additional toilet downstairs. Each is decorated with a modern finish, complimenting the property’s natural colour scheme, and is equipped with the usual, modern amenities.

The Western kitchen is a great size and is fitted with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. It also contains a useful amount of storage space with additional access to all the cooking and dining equipment you could possibly need!

There is a lovely, soothing atmosphere within the living room as it looks out onto the calming, natural surroundings. With a unique and stylish décor along with the bonus of the large flat-screen TV, it’s the ideal place for guests to congregate for true relaxation.
