This stand-out villa is fabulously located within its own gardens and is perched just above the beach in a luxury gated estate in south-eastern Koh Samui.
The villa looks out on the swimming pool that has comfortable sun-loungers where you can enjoy views of the pool, gardens and the ocean just beyond. There is also a dining area for your al fresco meals.
Inside the villa, the elegant open-plan living area has a TV and entertainment center and enjoys views out to the pool and the sea.
Lamai Beach, Eastern Samui
The villa is just a few steps to Lamai Beach, which is a peaceful and unspoiled stretch of sand with just a sprinkling of cafes and restaurants. The popular Chaweng beach with its nightlife and huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops is a twenty-minute drive away.

All four en suite bedrooms have wooden floors and air-conditioning. Two rooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds and the other has a single bed. The Master Bedroom has an elegant four-post wooden bed and a spacious balcony that affords gorgeous ocean views.
Badezimmer
All en suites have showers, western toilets and wash basins. The Master Bathroom has twin wash basins and a sunken bathtub that’s great for a luxurious soak.

The modern kitchen has black granite counter tops and dark wooden units, perfect for storage and self-catering. The appliances provided are an oven, stovetops, a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.

Dining: The dining room is conveniently situated between the lounge and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences for food preparation, including large fridge/freezer and microwave oven. The lounge room faces the ocean so you can let the refreshing sea breezes come inside the house whenever you want. The L-Shape settee is the perfect place to lie back and relax while you gaze out at the ocean. The pool is just beyond the lounge area so you’ll always have easy access, for those early morning dips. There’s also a large flat-screen TV, DVD and a wide selection of international TV channels, so you can surf through and search for your favourite programs, when you’ve had enough natural beauty for the day.

The dining area has a circular wood/glass dining table and can seat up to 6 guests. For dining al fresco there is also the outdoor terrace and Thai sala.
