Staggering townhouse-style villa with 2 bedrooms for rent
This quiet private complex consists of just 5 2-bedroom townhouse-style homes and 4 1-bedroom apartments. It is perfect for several groups of holiday makers seeking their own privacy yet looking to enjoy a shared holiday with another or several other groups. With a large communal pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, you have the perfect setting for that sought after holiday. Peace and tranquility extends to the beautiful private garden where you can embrace some of Chaweng Noi’s nature.
With WiFi throughout, the villa offers original Thai décor with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 2 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a shared bathroom. The kitchen is a great space and equipped with everything you need. Amenities include a relaxed dining area with a breakfast bar and chairs, a kettle, hob, fridge, toaster and microwave. The living area shows a large space with ample cozy seating with the added benefit of cable television and a coffee table. This area provides the perfect place for those moments away from the sun. Additionally, two wooden doors lead you out onto your own terrace with a table and chairs which circle the communal pool. There is also a downstairs toilet for added ease.
Upstairs has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other one two single beds. Each bedroom comes with a wardrobe and safe. A spacious bathroom with shower is shared between the guests.
Stunning beach just 300 meters, only 10 minutes from attractions
Reach one of Koh Samui’s quieter beaches just 300 meters away from the Villa. If you are looking to have the best of both worlds on your holiday, head to Chaweng Noi beach for some peace and quiet. Or head to tourist destinations Chaweng or Lamai where you can have great fun trying out the water sports on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops for you to discover.
