3 Bedroom Cozy Holiday Getaway with Pool and Garden

This private corner unit, surrounded by green lush hills, is placed in a small private estate of 8 villas. Due to its size and great indoor and outdoor spaces, it is ideal for families and small groups looking to spend quality time together. Additionally, Baan Somsak 1 is a great base for exploring intact beaches and Phuket’s western side which includes both simple local and posh international localities.

This 3-bedroom holiday home features a wonderful tropical garden with a huge lawn, swimming pool and sala, which can all serve versatile purposes. Throw a BBQ party by the pool, have a family game night, play sports in the garden, or simply choose to swim and sunbathe with a magazine in hand.

From the villa’s entrance you will come across the dining area which is part of the open living room with one of the bedrooms is on the left and a storage room next to it. To the right are the kitchen and living areas. Since the house is L-shaped, both the bedroom and living/dining rooms are facing the pool. The other two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, accessible via large stairs and boasting lovely views. The villa is decorated in modern Asian style, it is cozy and full of light due to its many windows.
 

Layan – Untypical Phuket Beach

Intact and postcard-like, Layan Beach is about 5 km away from the villa. Phuket’s luxurious area, Laguna, is a quick drive away and a home to many upscale resorts, spas and restaurants. The area is family-friendly as there are family-oriented beach clubs - like Bliss Beach club in Bangtao - and activities such as horseback riding.

Schlafzimmer

There are 3 bedrooms at the villa, which all have have wardrobe space as well as TVs with DVD players.  The master bedroom with queen size bed and large balcony as well as one guest bedroom with twin beds and small balcony are on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom with twin beds on the ground floor has direct access to the pool area.



Badezimmer

The house has three en suite bathrooms and an additional toilet. All bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet each.

The fully equipped western kitchen features all the necessities and appliances for meal preparation.

Placed next to the kitchen, homely and bright open plan living room contains a comfortable sofa with TV and DVD player.



Esszimmer

The open plan dining room features a dining room table set for 6, and next to it there is a kitchen bar with 6 seats as well. The outdoor sala has a table with 4 chairs.
