This enchanting 2-floor 3-bedroom villa will make you feel generously welcome and relaxed as it comes with a number of lounge areas and quiet corners both inside and out. It is a part of a small estate with only 6 houses which makes it quiet – so much so that you can hear the birds chirping. The stylish abode has many floor-to-ceiling windows and everything one needs for a perfect holiday in the tropics.
As you enter the property through the electric gate, you will come to the pool area that features a small garden space, pool with shower and loungers, BBQ, and the outdoor dining table. If you would like even more privacy than this little piece of heaven you can head to the large balcony with sunbeds up on the floor, or the small indoor area with a large window, table and a computer chair – a secluded sport perfect for writers or creatives alike.
Coming inside, you will find yourself in a modern looking and highly comfortable living room. Next to it is the fully equipped elegant kitchen as well as the third bedroom that faces the garden area, plus and an additional toilet. Up the stairs are the master and second bedroom, both very spacious and with access to a large balcony.

There are 3 double bedrooms at the villa, all appointed in a simple but appealing style with lots of wood and natural materials. All rooms have an airy feel to them due to glass doors and all feature large closet spaces and TVs. The two 1st floor bedrooms have balcony access as well.

All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and there is an additional toilet next to the living room as well. All bathrooms are beautifully appointed for utmost holiday comfort.

The sleek and shiny western style kitchen is a part of open plan living space and it features everything you might need on your dream holiday.
Wohnzimmer
With a bit of a futuristic feel to it, the open plan living room is bound to provide you with some great entertainment. It boasts white couches, a 60’’ flat screen 3D TV with Surround System and DVD player.
