Spacious 5-bedroom private pool villa in Kathu for rent

Villa Aruma is an all-round holiday retreat suitable for large groups. It has an electric gate, 2 floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and many common areas created for holiday enjoyment. The house is L-shaped, with a private Jacuzzi pool in its centre. The pool patio includes sun loungers, tables and chairs, and there is another area in front of the villa where you can sit and relax. Within the villa that is over 500 square meters in size, everyone is bound to find a comfortable corner to either share with other group members, or to retire in. 

Four of the five well-appointed air conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground level of the house. Most of them are large in size so they can easily fit additional sofa beds* if your party is larger than 10 persons (*please note that there is a fee for extra beds). The master bedroom opens to the pool, and the second bedroom is at the back of the house; they each have an en suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms, both with king size beds, share an en suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom, located upstairs, features a queen size bed and has no bathroom. The fourth bathroom with a shower is located next to the pool, so the guests staying at the fifth bedroom can either use that one or one of the en suites. 

The indoor common areas are highly comfortable and spacious. There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining room with a bar and an aquarium. The lounge space features a 50’’ Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, and a large leather sofa. Here you can enjoy family-style entertainment including karaoke, and cool down during the hottest hours of the day. Next to it there is an elegant dining table set for 6 persons, as well as a fully equipped European style kitchen. The kitchen is suitable for self-catering and includes a double door fridge/freezer, gas and electric stoves, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

The house has a safe parking on the premise, big enough for several cars and motorbikes. Free Wi-Fi and daily maid service are included in the rate.

Kathu, half-way between Patong and Phuket Town

Villa Aruma is conveniently set in Kathu, an equal distance (about 15 minutes’ drive) from Phuket’s two prominent areas – old Phuket Town and Patong. Head to the town for some history and distinctive restaurants; Patong is a great destination for shopping and nightlife. The villa is also close to two golf courses, Phuket Country Club Golf Course and Loch Palm. Phuket International Airport is about 28 km away.
