This quiet rental home is great for those who are looking for a true escape in order to rejuvenate on a stunning tropical island. Facing one of the holes on the golf course and only 500 meters away from Phuket floating market, the house is all about lush nature combined with comfort and modernity. The pool area is surrounded by a small Zen garden and laced with palm trees. There are two sun beds, a shaded outdoor 4-seat area, an umbrella, and an outdoor shower. At night time you can enjoy views of the beautifully lit golf course as you delight in open air dinners in the serenity of your villa. 

From the villa’s entrance, you will find yourself in an open plan living, dining and kitchen space; the pool garden is on the other side of the house and accessible from this area. A set of wooden furniture with white cushions will welcome you in the TV corner where you will find a surround system next to a large flat-screen TV with dozens of Cable channels. Across from it there is a large wooden dining table with 6 chairs. A modern Western-style kitchen with lots of wooden cupboards and a number of appliances is behind it. There is an electric stove with extractor, oven, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and even a waffle maker.

The villa’s two bedrooms occupy each a separate floor. The master bedroom is on the top floor and it features two balconies, one of them completely hidden and great for topless sun bathing as it features sun beds. The room also comes with a dressing room, table with 2 chairs, king size bed, and an en suite bathroom with bath tub. The second bedroom is on the villa’s first floor. It is fitted with a large wardrobe with vanity table, queen size bed, and an en suite bathroom with shower. In total, the villa can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Kathu, Central Phuket

The villa is very centrally located in a town called Kathu, inside Loch Palm Golf Club. The only floating market on the island, Phuket Floating Market, is 500 meters away from the villa. You can also easily visit Phuket Mining Museum that is 3 km or a quick ride away, or spend a fun day wakeboarding at Phuket Water Ski Cable that is only 2 km away. Bustling Patong with its endless dining, shopping and nightlife options is 6.8 km away.
