Belonging to a private gated development, the house is family friendly and full of natural light, boasting natural views from every room. The villa’s private 6 m x 6 m pool is located just outside the living room area, making it is easy to oversee children. Moreover, the living room has a door in front of the staircase that leads to the floors above so the youngest ones can’t access the stairs by themselves. The villa is fantastically positioned as west coast beaches, shopping malls, cinema, restaurants and bars, plus golf courses, are all within a 10 minute drive.

Upon entrance, you will find yourself in the large open plan living area with a comfy couch and cable TV. Next to it is the dining table for 6 and a black and white European style kitchen that features everything you’d need including an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and even a small storage room. Straight through the living room, there is a small pool deck with a pool, coffee table and a compact garden.

The first floor, reachable through nice wooden stairs, contains two rooms. To the right you will find a small bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for children with their parents as it connects to the master bedroom or a bunch of young people. The master bedroom on the right comes with black and white tones. It features a king size bed, table with two chairs and a lovely balcony with sun loungers from which you will enjoy gorgeous natural views. There is also en suite bathroom with a toilet, basin and both a bath tub and shower.

The top floor features the remaining two bedrooms, both in similar tones as the master bedroom. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower, basin and toilet, as well as wardrobes with floor-to-ceiling mirrors. One of the rooms has the same view as the master room, while the other faces the opposite direction with nonetheless great view over trees and mountains.
 

The villa is conveniently located in Kathu, only 10 minutes by car (4.5 km) from famous Patong Beach; Patong is also a popular shopping and night life locale. It only takes a couple of minutes longer to reach old Phuket Town that is 5 km away and offers many museums, temples, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the villa is in the close vicinity, merely minutes away, from various restaurants, cafes, and massage shops. There are also two golf clubs nearby, about a 5 minute ride away – Loch Palm and Red Mountain.
