"Закрытая зона, посторонних машин (кроме жильцов) нет. Тишина. На территории вилл идеальная чистота. До тук-туков 250 метров, там же круглосуточные магазины, там же пляж (правда чистота как в Сочи). Ночной рынок 900м (еда, одежда фрукты) самые дешевые цены в Паттае. Персонал хороший (кончилась вода в накопителе - позвонили в 22-00, несмотря на выходной день, в 23-00 пришел персонал и проблема была решена). Бассейн у виллы маленький, зато через дорогу большой бассейн общий для вилл (бассейн чистый, убирают ежедневно). Купались в бассейне в любое время, в том числе и ночью. На вилле все в исправном состоянии, правда электроплита конвекционная, так что креветки варились почти 20 минут. На первом этаже приличная комната, на 2-м этаже- одна большая комната и две комнаты небольшие. Уборка виллы через день, как и чистка бассейна. Соотношение цены и качества идеальные."
