The design enjoys a modern Asian style, with a smattering of Balinese influence with the usage of wood that really accentuates that special tropical environment. Combining a great Thailand holiday location with a stunningly designed pool villa close to Bangsaray Beach, this is certainly a rental of one’s dreams.
Making your way into the private garden, you will encounter a large swimming pool as the centrepiece of the property, with all the living areas emanating from around the pool in a U-shape layout. Surrounding the pool, there is an outdoor terrace area with sun loungers, chairs and tables, where you are sure to enjoy many sun-filled days.
Inside the house, there is an open plan living space combining a lounge, Western-style kitchen and dining room into one space. The ground floor also features an office area. The lounge is comfortable and spacious, benefitting from tall patio windows that let in lots of natural light while also offering direct access out to the pool and terrace. Sit back on the leather corner sofa while enjoying a movie on the 55-inch 3D flat-screen TV with 7.1 surround sound, or take advantage of the indoor/outdoor music system, Wi-Fi internet and international TV channels.
All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and come with double beds, wardrobes and air-conditioning. The Master Bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and music system. One bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, while the other two share a luxury en suite double bathroom with a large bathtub, walk in shower and double sinks. All bedrooms have access to the wrap-around terrace looking out across the pool and garden. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The kitchen in the villa is beautiful, with the large central unit doubling as a breakfast bar or as a place for food preparation. The modern choice of appliances include a Teka electric glass hob, Teka oven, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and a very nice integrated Teka coffee machine. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine. When it’s time to dine, there is a large breakfast bar/island in the kitchen, or alternatively, you could dine on the table and chairs on the outdoor terrace.
Bangsaray Beach, an attractive location
Although the villa is a 20-minute drive from Jomtien and Pattaya, its location - just a 2-minute stroll from Bangsaray Beach - makes this villa rental option a great choice. Bangsaray Beach is one of the best stretches of sand in the area, and looks like a beach you might find in the Krabi region. With lots of restaurants located directly on the beachfront, these are some of the tastiest and most affordable seafood restaurants in Pattaya. The Phoenix Golf Club is less than a 10-minute drive away, and so are other attractions such as Silverlake Vineyard and the new Water Park.
