With this great and fully functional 1-bedroom condo as a base, exploring bustling Patong has never been easier. Baan Sanun 4 has access to two pools and is a modern holiday rental in Phuket’s supreme location.

Modern Studio Apartment – Short Walk to Patong Beach

Small but rather appealing, this 33 sqm studio is has all amenities one needs on a holiday including extensive wardrobe space and a fully equipped kitchen. From entrance you will come upon a small dining area with breakfast bar for two; the kitchen is located on the left side and the bathroom is on the right. Further into the apartment is the cozy bedroom with red details that can be separated from the kitchen area by sliding doors.

This easily accessible unit is situated on the first floor of a small apartment building in a private and secured complex in Patong (there is no elevator). In front of the building there is a pool with Jacuzzi and a table with 4 chairs, to be used by building guests only. Less than a hundred meters away is the bigger communal pool with sunbeds that you are free to use as well. The apartment complex provides safe parking space and daily maid service is included.
 

Patong Beach, West Phuket

Placed in a quiet gated setting, the condo provides a great sense of seclusion while maintaining a close proximity to a long list of the most prominent sites the area has to offer. When you set out to explore Patong’s exciting social scene, check out the Thai traditional foods area (open daily from 4 PM until 11 PM) that is a 5-minute walk away. Plentiful shopping and nightlife options are within walking distance as well, just a few minutes down the road.
