The villa comes with a garden with swimming pool, 4 sunbeds and an umbrella, plus a covered deck with 3 chairs. This is the place to enjoy tall trees and soothing waterfall sounds from the nearby communal pool. 

The villa has 2 floors. The ground level is home to common living, kitchen and dining areas and a detached master bedroom, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are set on the first floor. The stand-alone master bedroom is accessible from the pool patio and features lovely garden views. There is a king size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, blackout curtains, and a charming bright en suite bathroom with wash basin, toilet, large bath tub and separate shower. Upstairs, one larger bedroom is on the left and two nearly identical smaller bedrooms are on the right side. The larger bedroom has a king size bed, TV, dressing area with vanity table, separate working area with a large wooden desk and chair, and a private bathroom. The two smaller bedrooms come with a king bed, wardrobe, and a terrace each. They share one bathroom that is next to them, with a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer.

The living room with kitchen and dining is spacious, airy, and boasts garden views. There is an L-shaped seating in the lounge, facing a 50’’ flat-screen TV with sound system, plus a bathroom with shower next to it. Behind it you will find the dining room with a large table that has 8 chairs. Next to the dining is the kitchen, fully fitted for preparing your own meals. There are a number of appliances, such as a 4-ring TEKA electric stove with extractor, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and a toaster. At the back of the house there is a terrace with a small fish pond. 

The resort the villa is in features a communal swimming pool with Jacuzzi and waterfalls, café-restaurant, and a gym. Daily maid service and free Wi-Fi are included in the rental’s rate.
