16 adults can comfortably share this 8+ bedroom villa and still enjoy the privacy of ensuite bathrooms and the dressing area/wardrobe space of each suite. 4 of the bedrooms are furnished with king bedrooms and 4 feature two single beds. The ninth bedroom has a set of bunk beds (intended for nanny/staff quarters). The two largest bedrooms have a living area with couches and a private balcony, but all bedrooms boast flat-screen TVs.

Since each of the 8 bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, there are consequently 8 bathrooms complete with a shower, sink/counter, and toilet. Bedrooms located on the ground and upper floors are also awarded the option of a bathtub in addition to the walk-in showers. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.

The kitchen on the ground floor will ignite a fire in the heart of any aspiring chef with its wealth of cookware, accessories, and a generous prep counter. Appliances featured are of top quality and will inspire 5-star dishes. A kitchen island/breakfast bar creates an extra space for dining or socializing with the chef while dinner is being prepared.

Some of the most enjoyable evenings of your holiday will be with your friends and family in the comfort of one this villa’s three living rooms. A living area with flat-screen TVs, DVD player, and suede couches can be found on both ground and upper floors. The lower-level boasts a lively space complete with a billiard table, ping-pong, and a movie screening room.

Whether you prefer to dine indoors or outside, this villa offers it all. On cool evenings, it will be nearly impossible to resist eating on the pool deck where a 14 person table has views of the Rawai seascape and neighboring islands. At other times, you may prefer the dining nook adjacent to the kitchen.
