After spending 3 weeks travelling around Thailand with the family, staying in this Chiang Mai villa was the highlight of our holiday. The villa housed 7 of us with ample room and the pool/deck area allowed for a very relaxing stay. We opted to have the chefs and maids stay on, and they provided us with an excellent stay. The house was spotless every day and the food cooked by the chefs was to die for!

If we return to Thailand, I can guarantee we will be looking to stay in this villa.

We felt like we'd "won the lottery", best describes the perfect holiday we spent in Thailand in December 2010. Staying our first week at Baan Suay Jan our every comfort was provided in the quality furnishings, bedding and staff. Ta was the most wonderful companion, expertly driving us to all the sites we wanted to see, and helping us appreciate Thai culture. The location is ideal, easy access to main roads and tourist attractions and shopping. The home is luxurious and spacious and in a very safe environment. Our second week at Doi Luang Private Reserve was more enchanting than we could have imagined. The setting and architecture was breathtaking, and again the comforts and safety were of the highest quality. The staff were warm, helpful, friendly and generous. Our excursions from this location were easily accessed in the vehicle provided. Relaxing on the patio with the view of the mountains was calming and inspiring, always captivating.
Noel and his family were accommodating beyond our expectations. It was a holiday our family will never forget, and look forward to a return vacation.

We spent an idyllic four days and nights at Doi Luang Private Reserve. The house itself was a great place to spend time and relax: spacious, clean and comfortable. People came in to clean the rooms and prepare meals, but kept out of your way. Almost any request was granted, including a table tennis table and an outdoor fire in the evening. However it was the 'back yard' that made this trip really special. As you first enter the house, you walk through the kitchen and living room onto the huge veranda and you know you've arrived somewhere special. The view is astonishing. A beautifully kept garden with a huge lawn leads to a nature reserve and the perfect view of a mountain range a couple of miles away. Nothing else in sight. No other buildings or people for miles around. Just you and the mountains. The perfect place to relax and spend time with friends and family. We had planned to go see some elephants, some temples and some caves; but most of us never left the homestead. I hardly moved from the back garden.

"We Did Not Want to Go Home!"
I made the plans for the trip. We stayed in a villa once before, in Spain. Worlds apart.. The Lakeside house is beautiful. The location has spectacular views of the mountains. The golf course is right behind. The amount of things to do here is amazing. The staff were great. We had trips planned most days and we enjoyed family evenings in the villa or visited the night life. We hired the Lakeside cook to take care of most of meals and we want to take her home with us. Seriously. After 2 days of using my phrase book I found out she speaks pretty good english but was too shy/polite to interrupt me We got a car with the package. A Toyota Fortuner. It seats 7 and having the children, this kind of mobility was great. Lakeside has a minibus with driver and that came in handy for a couple of nights out on the town. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and all of us felt at home. The size of the villa was a real plus too. I agree that being able to really unpack and be at home makes a big difference. There is even a laundry here. I came to thailand several years ago and the exchange rate of the baht has changed a lot but we still found that we got good value for our money in Thailand. The amount of english language spoken has also increased quite a bit. We made friends with the people staying in the other villas, and got together in the evenings. We never really did this on previous holidays. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would just like to say this villa lives up to expectation, absolutely fantastic. When looking at the pictures you are very spectacle as it seems, 'to good to be true'. I can honestly say you won't be disappointed! The agents were extremely helpful, my thanks to your assistance and hospitality.

The pool is the best feature which is perfect for family or the boys / girls holiday, you can have hours of fun and it's all private! The bedrooms are very spacious as well as clean which is a big +, the showers / bathrooms are perfect and powerful. Sitting room is comfortable and relaxing to watch TV / movies as the HD TV has all the wires to connect to laptop, ps3 etc.

Kitchen has everything from microwave, cutlery, to Washing machine, you can even cook yourself.

A car was essential which was a part of the deal and can get you everywhere as well saving your money rather paying for taxi. The cons I feel is, it's time for new mattresses as it was slightly uncomfortable, lights need to be replaced in then pool and temperature in the jacuzzi needs to be increased as night time pool action is something you will remember and miss when you leave.

The main thing is that it was very clean as the maid come every day to provide fresh towels, change sheets and ensure bin bags have been replaced. Pool is amazing with jacuzzi which is 'Fun' if you know what I mean, the villa allows you to live a fantasy / dream whether it's with the boys or family! Well done to who ever designed this PAD!

'I love it' and I am looking to come back! Believe me, I am fussy, as it is a lot of money to spend but you only live once, live in luxury I say!!

The Buraran suites resorts was fantastic. Not only did the resort itself look stunning but the staff were brilliant, always there to help with a smile on their face. A special mention should be given to our driver Dang who put up with so much at very unsocialble hours but was always happy to help.

Overall the stay at the resort not only met our expectations but exceeded it, we will definitely visit again.

Outstanding accommodation with breathtaking views as we were on the top floor (7th), no complaints at all. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect, the apartment was great in size & nice to have space whilst away. It also had everything to make us feel at home. Its location for some may be off the beaten track but this just added to its beauty for us, as the madness of Pattaya is only a 5 minute ride away. With amenities only a short walk away, everything is at your finger tips. Lovely secluded beach 500 meters & swimming pool to relax in on site. This complex is certainly worth staying at & we will come again.

On behalf of the 5 of us who stayed at Baan Kinaree for the last 2 weeks I would like to thank you for the best holiday of our lives. I personally have been all over the world but nothing like this.

We were a group of 5 young men and it was our first time in Thailand. The rep neung was amazing from the word go, she did absolutely everything she could for us right up until we left. The property was like what I imagine paradise will be like.

We will be back next year to the same place., it would be great if you could get a hot tub or jacuzzi in the kids pool.

Thank you for all your help and assistance. The villa was lovely and very well equipped for cooking almost anything! The deco was just as we liked it, simple, clean and matched well with our holiday mood. Not too much, just right! The villa has a lovely view and the pool was deep enough to jump and make lots of splash.

The rooms were spacious and the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom was a lot of fun! I also appreciated the welcome fruits and our love bird towels, it was very romantic indeed.

Everything was well taken care of and the cleaners were super nice and super helpful.
Ms Pond and Mr Lex are very very nice and spoke very good English too!!

We all had a splendid and magnificent time and recommend this villa to a family or group of friends to stay in Phuket - though better to hire a car or motorbike to get around.
