  "Понравился двор, бассейн. За всем этим следили. Чистили постоянно, брали пробы. Растения во дворе поливали, старые листья убирали. В доме не очень понравилось. На втором этаже не все душевые работали, чувствовался запах канализации. На кровати, где спала я нельзя даже рукой двинуть, скрипит так, что все просыпались. Все остальное нормально. Бытовые приборы работали, за исключением того что один день были без воды из-за поломки насоса. В самой деревне редко вывозится мусор, поэтому на улице не приятный запах. Понравился персонал фирмы. На любую просьбу сразу реагировали и старались помочь."

  "This is a nice villa with fully equiped rooms and private clean pool for a reasonable price. Housekeeping is coming daily to clean up rooms and changing towels etc. A BBQ-place is part of the villa to guarantee much fun and enjoy selfmade food in the evenings. We had a great time! Thank you!"

  "We have rendered BAAN DUAN villa from last 17th to 20th of this month & we are very much satisfied with the support of your delegates. Your customer care executives are so polite & very friendly that helped us to get friendly with pattaya even though we are there for the first time.. Miss. Mon, Tuk & Sandy are the names familiar to us & supported us very much. We have enjoyed the stay in the villa & we will opt you for the next time while we will be in Thailand for the next time...   "Hi all we had a great time at your villas everything was perfect apart from your rep ann who basically ripped us off for the boat trip we paid 40,000 baht and had no food which she said was in the price. Even the crew on the boat said that was standard and was suprised we asked for no food.We thank you for not charging us for a late check out to compensate for that but it was not about the money as our boat trip was spoilt. So in future we will be booking trips direct,you really need to speak to her as she is playing with your great reputation . Thanks see you again very soon. "

  "Wow, what a great holiday! Baan Duan was the perfect villa for the boys from Estonia. We could play our music without worrying about upsetting those next door. You can't party in a hotel, but you can on Viewpoint! Not only was the house nicely decorated but also cleaned everyday. The location was perfect. We had easy access to Jomtien Beach and Pattaya was just a five minute drive away. The customer care girls were always on hand to help us out. We will be back again next year and you can bet that Thailand Holiday Homes will be our first stop. Thanks for every thing!"
