Welcome to the perfect tropical getaway. This vibrant abode with eye-catching details and furniture is made for those who are looking for a mixture of luxury and cosiness. You will immediately feel good in the villa’s inviting patio, perfect for catching a tan and having an open air meal during lazy afternoons. The villa is also in an appealing position for all beach-goers and families wishing to stay close to attractions but a bit away from the city centre’s intense atmosphere.
With four ample bedrooms, a spacious living area and a private pool, Baan Phailin is a highly comfortable holiday rental for up to 8 people. The interior includes an open-plan living area with multiple lounge sections, a western-style kitchen and a dining area. The first lounge has a large TV with international channels and a DVD player to enjoy holiday movies, and the second features a classic wicker settee and matching coffee table. Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with air-conditioning and an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a guest bathroom in the main living area.
The roomy modern kitchen contains generous work surfaces and a large selection of appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board, rice cooker, microwave, dishware and cutlery. You can dine in the smart indoor dining area which is part of the open plan living space and has a table and comfortable chairs for six people. You may also wish to dine al fresco in the outdoor terrace near the pool.
