City Haven Villa indeed is a true haven for discerning travellers. This luxurious and modern 7-bedroom property sits in a central location directly between Pattaya and Jomtien, just off Thepprasit Road. It is a marvellous choice for large groups and families, sleeping up to 14 people. Spacious and with a number of modern comforts, the villa is the ideal base to explore Pattaya and the surrounding areas.
This exquisite rental offers lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax and unwind during your holiday. The garden is home to a large private swimming pool with an integrated kids’ pool, with a surrounding wooden deck terrace and sun loungers. Next to it there is a dining terrace with a large 8-seat wooden dining table, offering your group a nice choice of al fresco dining as well.
The lounge area is easily accessed from the garden and basks in an ultra-modern design, featuring a massive white leather sofa, state-of-the-art flat-screen TV with a surround sound system, and access to a myriad of international channels. Next to the lounge, enjoying pool views through tall windows, there is a large 12-seat glass dining table. A breath-taking modern kitchen is just next to the dining area; it features a breakfast bar centre unit and lots of appliances.
There are 7 bedrooms in the villa, sleeping 14 people, fitted with king-size double beds, wardrobe spaces, air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms. The landing area at the top of the stairs has been converted into a game room with a pool table – you can be sure that there will always be something fun to do at the villa. This area also leads out to a terrace with seating that overlooks the pool and garden below.
Central location directly between Pattaya and Jomtien
The villa is situated on a quiet street just off Thepprasit Road between Jomtien and Pattaya. There are some quality Thai and international restaurants nearby, less than 400 meters away. Jomtien Beach is just over a 5-minute drive away, depending on traffic, as are nightlife options. It only takes a short drive to visit Walking Street Pattaya or the main strip at Jomtien. Spas and shops are just a short walk from the villa, making this one of the most central holiday rentals in our collection.
