Spacious and full of light, Jomtien Waree 9 is fantastic for large families or groups of friends travelling together. This 6-bedroom villa is located in a private residential estate just a short stroll (0.5 km) from Na Jomtien Beach, and a quick drive from a vast choice of international restaurants and nightlife scene. It is set over 2 levels, boasting a modern design and lots of spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy an unforgettable Pattaya holiday.
The villa sleeps a total of 18 people across 6 bedrooms. All bedrooms have king-size beds (some have two double beds), air-conditioning, en suite bathrooms, wardrobes, and 32-inch flat screen TVs. There are 6 main bathrooms in the villa, which are all en suite and come with showers, wash basins and toilets.
This villa has large open plan living spaces where you will find a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and your very own pool table. The tall ceilings in the lounge create a sense of space, and the view is of the lovely back garden. The garden features a large private swimming pool with kids’ section, alongside an outdoor terrace with lots of seating and a BBQ unit. The living room is home to lots of entertainment pieces such as a 43-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, a DVD player, and a pool table.
The kitchen is built to high European standards and fitted with a large black granite central unit. The choice of appliances includes a 4-ring electric stove, microwave, fridge, oven, kettle toaster and a water heater. There is also a breakfast bar for informal dining. Near the kitchen you will find a dining table for 6, and there are tables and chairs out in the garden if you fancy a spot of outdoor dining.
Located in Na Jomtien, South of Pattaya
The villa is situated in a gated estate with 24-hour security, just 0.5 km from Na Jomtien Beach. Although the beach is nice, the main Jomtien Beach, where you will find lots of shops, restaurants and bars, is a 5-minute drive away. Other Pattaya attractions such as Pattaya Floating Market, Underwater World and Mimosa are all a 5-minute drive away.

"I stayed with my friends about 20 persons to play board games. I need more tables and chairs for a lot people. The light in living room was not enough. Others thing were excellent. The position was not far from Bangkok. Wide and comfortable bedroom, bathroom. Staff was helpful in everything I requested. Swimming pool, pool table kitchen and BBQ area were good function for the trip. Will be back again."
