Situated in a quiet residential estate with 24 hour security in a popular area just across from Sukhumvit Road, this 5 bedroom villa is perfect with large families or groups of friends traveling together. With a private swimming pool and a few bars in the area, this is a place you can get some quiet while at the same time can easily get into Pattaya with the minimum of fuss.

Eastside 5 bedroom villa with private pool for rent
Located in the Soi Khao Talo area of East Pattaya, this 5 bedroom villa is very spacious yet affordable and ideal for a group of friends or family holidaying in Pattaya. While Pattaya Beach Road is an easy drive (6 km) away from the villa, Soi Khao Talo and neighboring Soi Khao Noi are two long roads that have a multitude of international restaurants and bars because they are expatriate residential areas.
This 5 bedroom villa is on a quiet side street and has a spacious interior, big enough to comfortably house 10 persons in total. There is a lovely bright blue pool with sunbeds and seating in the back garden, ensuring group fun during hot afternoons. A big open plan living space with a kitchen, lounge and dining area overlooks the garden so you are never too far away from the pool’s seductive vibe. Here you can sit with family and friends to watch a movie or a sporting event on the large flat-screen TV and its international satellite channels.
Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have double beds, televisions with cable TV, en suite bathrooms, and wardrobe facilities. The fifth bedroom is situated on the 1st floor and is the master bedroom. Here you will also find a double bed, an en suite bathroom and a television with cable channels, although this bedroom also has its own covered terrace that overlooks the pool and estate. There are 5 en suite bathrooms at the villa, which all have showers, toilets and wash basins; there is also a guest toilet located just off the lounge.
The western standard kitchen is part of the open plan living arrangement and has quite a choice of appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, rice cooker, gas stovetop, and a kettle. The dining room is also part of the open plan living space and is home to a massive wooden dining table big enough for 10 people.
East Pattaya
The villa is situated in an exciting residential location 6 km from Pattaya Beach. The Khao Talo and Khao Noi areas in East Pattaya are on the opposite side of Sukhumvit Road. They are popular residential neighbourhoods for expatriates living in Pattaya, and therefore offer a good selection of international restaurants and bars. When you wish to go to Pattaya downtown, it’s under a 10-minute drive away.
