We needed a break away from business for just a few days in peace and quiet. After very careful consideration we chose this villa and it met our requirements perfectly. As this villa is on a mountain side you neede a car, walking is not an option unless you are supoer fit. Easy reach to restaurants, convenience stores, local restaurants and 10-15 minutes to the big stores and Fishermans Village. Great place for a super chill out with great views.

We had a wonderful time and the house was fantastic. Just back on the website to book for October! Our children loved the pool and from our booking until the end of our holiday in one word perfect. Perfect home, we enjoy four days here, from the beach 5 minutes of distance, rent a motorcycle is convenient, samed island is also troublesome customer service to help we called the car, thank you very much. In a word, it is worth again check in to places, next time I will live in.

We are satified with this villa in total. Wifi is really great~ But they didn't clean well~ Cooking serive is also very good~ If it is ok, please prepare some slippers and insecticide for client~ I hope I visit this villa again~

i've thailandholidayhomes.com the last 3 trips i've taken there and each time i'm impressed with the check in/out staff as well as the cleaning ladies. i also appreciate mr. paul, who always is understanding of any problems as well as his quick replies to my question and concerns. i'd also like to thank miss tuk and miss praew for ensuring i got my iphone back before i left.

Overall it was a positive experience. This is our 3rd year in a row renting a villa from Thailand Holiday Homes. We really like this villa and we look forward to coming back same time next year. The only thing you have to watch for is the electricity. We incurred about 3,000 baht in extra utilities after a 7 day stay. but, the cost split 3 ways was not a big deal. Next time we will refrain from running the AC all day. The only complain that we have was the gym in the villa was not working and the equipment was a bit rusty. other than that, we were very happy with the villa.

บ้านอยู่ในหมู่บ้าน ทำให้หาทางเข้าได้ยาก ห้องพักสะอาดดี ไม่มีปัญหาครับ เครื่องใช้ในครัวค่อนข้างครบครัน ขอติเรื่องงานบริการลูกค้า พนักงานบริษัทที่กรุงเทพ พูดจาไม่ดี ทั้งๆที่ผมพยายามถามถึงเบอร์โทรศัพท์ของที่พัก แต่ในใบจองไม่มีเลขจอง พนักงานก็เหมือนจะถามเอาเลขจองทั้งๆที่มันไม่มี และสุดท้ายก็ต้องส่งใบใหม่ที่มีเลขจองมาให้ ซึ่งผมก็ยืนยันว่าไม่มีจริงๆ ในตอนแรก มีเพียงหมายเลข invoice
