We had a great stay for 3 nights with 15 of us. We totally enjoyed our stay and love everything in the villa. We were served by great guides, cooks & helpers....etc. They are all so friendly and nice. Love them =)

Everything was perfect, only was caught by surprise on the numbers of rooms, as we were expecting 6 rooms as stated in the web, but it was actually 4 rooms. So got to rearrange the bunking in. But we still enjoyed ourselves through out the stay.

Hope to be back again & hope will get a chance to stay in the mountain villa =)

We really enjoyed staying in your villa, we had a great time and the kids loved the place!!!
We had a great fun at the mini golf and the kids too!!!
Tik and Toy were absolutely perfect. We enjoyed all the food Toy cooked for us... she is a great cook!!!
Most of the time we stayed in the neighborhood, the beach, the indian restaurant end the lotus restaurant was really good.
I cannot think of anything bad...Actually, it was really difficult for us to leave!!!, we felt like at home... sometimes even better!!! we will come back!!!

When we arrived at the property we were blown away by the "wow" factor. The house is a huge, gracious mansion with quality fixtures and furniture. The house was immaculately clean and the large swimming pool overlooking the golf course was sparkling clean. The description of the property on the web site, while impressive, was not as impressive as the property itself. The cleaning staff were very efficient and we were pleasantly surprised to find any dirty washing left on the floor was wisked away, washed and ironed and returned for a very modest fee. Great value. While a this property is a little way of Hua Hin city, the peace and tranquility and the outlook over Palm Hills Golf Course more than compensated for the 10 minute journey into town. Our group was 6 male golfers between 50-60 years of age with our own bus and driver (who was accommodated in the staff quarters). We each had our own bedroom and ensuite. Highly recommended for golf groups like ours. Even better value for couples as the property could accommodate 6 couples comfortably. Overall I would rate this property 5 star and highly recommend it. While not a criticism, I would recommend that outdoor chairs be supplied around the table under the outdoor gazebo as it would be a lovely spot to sit and relax.

This was our second time using the services of Thailand Holiday Homes... A quick email to Paul and a fast reply with booking details. Deposit paid & actually paid the full amount of the rental as I trust Paul and his staff.

We checked into the villa the day after Songkran... We had a few delays checking into the villa, but after a few hours everything was taken care of and we settled into our holiday villa.

The villa is a 3 bedroom - 2 en suite - 1 guest bath (shared with bedroom #2). The photo's on this site and THH are a true representation of the property. There were no Tv's in any of the bedrooms - only one in the lounge room. All the furnishings were in good repair and the villa looked very nice as a whole. The pool was perfect anytime! I really enjoyed having a late night dip and not having to worry about it like when staying in a hotel/condo.

The property came with 3 sets of keys, but only 2 gate remote controls - which was a bit of a hassle when we all went out our separate ways.

The location of the villa is great! Right around the corner from Cozy Beach... There's a Family Mart a short walk away - plus massage/laundry places nearby.

Daily maid service was very good - not a single complaint.

We have enjoyed two previous stays with Thailand Holiday Homes and have booked into another villa for our third stay in September.

"Perfect villa for family and friends"

For my 30th birthday, my boyfriend rented Crystal Villa for the weekend. While we only stayed a couple of nights, this would be the perfect holiday villa rental for a family, or families or a group of friends. We spent most of my birthday weekend discussing how we could stay at Crystal Villa again with a larger group of friends! There was just the two of us and while it was an ideal romantic get-away for us, we were lost in the space!
(4 bedrooms, and huge living area, pool etc.)
The villa was spotlessly clean, well cared for and beautifully decorated. The maid, Khun Tom, did a great job - we never noticed her presence but the Villa was always looking wonderful and tidy... which was no easy thing when we invited some friends round to share in my birthday celebrations!
We felt perfectly at home in Crystal Villa (which is why we didn't want to leave). Any questions we did have were answered before we even arrived by Tracey (owner/Manager) who was so very kind and approachable. Her vast experience and passion for living in Phuket means that you can feel perfectly comfortable during your stay. Tracey really does have the answers!
I loved our stay and have already recommended the Villa to friends (a family of 6) for their 2 week holiday/belated honeymoon in September... They have booked!
In terms of location, the Villa is private enough that you feel in your own space but close enough to all tours/shopping facilities/beaches that you don't have to worry about being too secluded. I like to take a morning jog and Nai Harn lake is a 10 minute walk away from the Villa with a perfect 2km lap!
Overall, our stay was effortless. Everything was taken care of so well that we were able to just relax and enjoy. We were already in Phuket for my birthday but I understand from my friends that have booked for September that airport transfers are also included in the Villa rental so you don't even have to think about how to get there!! It is all taken care of.

Just a quick note of THANKS

We rented Baan Chatmanee from 12/3/2012 to 24/03/2012 . WHAT CAN I SAY . It was fantastic to relax in such surroundings - The pool,the villa,gardens excellent !!!!!. We had a few minor maintenance problems which were attended too by your staff promptly.The cleaning, garden and pool crew were great always happy and smiling and not intrusive . Thanks again for such a relaxing holiday . Please give my special thanks to Elle she was really top notch ( employee of the month I am sure )

"A class stay"

I will make this quick, me and my best friend booked the Villa for three days ended up staying 4 more days, We just could not tear ourselves away.
I ended up eating the cost of the hotel we had booked after staying in the Baan Tawan... I just could not stay anywhere else!
Booking was a breeze and Tukta took great care of us! A very clean place with real good beds, which if you have ever stayed in Pattaya you know a good bed is "hard" to come by... Pun intended! Also a real good pool and night time security! Loved the place a lot. Thanks Paul and Tukta!
