Paul and Nom. Thank you for all of your help over the past two weeks. Baan-Kinaree is undoubtably the best property we have stayed in so far. Everything was superb as usual and your attention to detail and friendly staff make all the difference. Added to the first class accommodation was the car which made access to all of Pattaya's superb golf courses so easy. We have already booked in for next year and the countdown has begun. Stayed for a week in early September and had a great time.

The villa is of a very good standard compared to many other Thai places I have stayed.

The private pool is excellent.

It is very near to Jomtien beach and a short cab ride away from Pattaya.

We were able to get to numerous good Golf courses within easy reach.

Take a card from reception when you go out late because there seem to be many different View Talay villa complexes which can confuse the cabbies.

Im Sakis from Greece! I stayed with my friend at Baan- Phailin 138/92 villa for 5 nights from 18-23 september.We had a very nice stay at ur villa.The house is really wonderful with full equipment and all comforts and the swimming pool very clean ,as someone was cleaning that every day. The place is fantastic too!! Im looking forward to coming to stay at one of ur villas next year again!!

So far, I stayed in viewpoint Village with and without family 6 times!!!!
This happened just in the last 18 months and to be honest the Villa quality, given service and feasible price is the only reason for my frequent stay in the same town and country for my vacations.
Here by I would like to thank Paul, his kind wife and the managers in his office to create such a nice vacation package for us coming from all around the world.
Important to mention that I stayed in different Villas each time I was there and surprisingly they all had almost the same level of high quality.

Me and 4 of my friends stayed at the this property and it was truly a beautiful house!! We got everything we were looking for in our accomodations for a well deserved, week long vacation in Pattaya. Great staff, very helpful and accomodating. I look forward to staying at one the properties again in the near future. I would just like to tell everyone how much me and the boys enjoyed our holiday, we all said it was the best holiday we had ever had. The accomadation was top class and Paul, Nom, Puey and all the other staff were spot on. Without a doubt I would visit pattaya again and definately stay in one of the villas at view point.
