Had a very pleasant 3 nights stay in the 7bedroom villa, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Villa is cleaned every morning discreetly and scenery is awesome. Special thanks to the villa manager Suzie for looking after us 24/7. Would definitely choose this villa again when I'm back in Patong. Pls note if you have elderly in your group, have to be careful of the steep and long slope going up to the villa.

From the moment we arrived it was mind blowing to the eyes very spacious with spectacular beach views. The maid was very helpful and welcoming, we were very tired because of a five hour drive but we soon got very relaxed and jumped in the pool to cool down, we enjoyed using the barbecue the next day in the garden whilst over looking the infinity pool and lovely ocean views. The bedrooms were very spacious all en suite with two baths on the ground floor. The owner was very helpful and understanding, I would recommend this amazing villa to anyone who is considering visiting Ko Chang.

We had a family reunion in Sunny Villa consisting of 5 adults and 2 children. On arrival we found the safe had not been left open from previous occupants. On contacting the agent we were told to contact the taxi driver that brought us from the airport to the villa (Agent Office Driver). We were not to impressed that we had to do the chasing about. Eventually two men came and no luck, the office had lost the key. I contacted owner who did his best but could not solve the issue, we took documents and valuables out with us which we were not comfortable with. We had another issue with water, during afternoon no water was available, and again after several phone calls a man appeared who rectified the problem. The drains in the downstairs room had a bad smell some mornings, we bought our own bleach but didn't solve that problem. These are issues that if rectified i would have put 5 stars on this property. Despite above issues we had a great time in what was a spacious villa with nice pool. Its location is in a residential area and quiet at all times and only 3 minutes to main street. A taxi rank is just round the corner and we used him several times. Reliable and friendly. We requested a 12midday check out but was shunted out at 11am. Please bear in mind you have to pay for electric which is fair enough. Our bill for 14 nights was £84, this was not abusing the aircon either. I would use this property again if i attended Jomtien area.

The five bed rooms and bath rooms were are an excellent choice for my friends and family! It's location perfect! We used the barbeque every night while we swan in the pool. my family had a great time--- thanks for having us!

We were well looked after. (The five-lady cleaning crew every morning were a delight.) The apartment was beautiful, clean and lived up well to its description. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the location. It was bit far from the centre of town. Motorcycle taxis solved the problem, but they may not be for everyone. That said, it was a wonderful apartment.

Excellent location with some of the best dining you can find, all within walking distance. All the facilities in the house compliment the value, swim laps in the large pool and then relax in the evening with the large screen TV or a game of billiards or Bocce ball. A quick drive or by public transport 15mins and you are in the quiet and tranquil beach side Jomtien or 20mins to the heart of Pattaya. So much living space and the ability to sleep ten people makes it a great choice for families or groups and some of the best value golf course are just 15-20mins drive.
