The villa is set on the southwestern coast of Phuket, so you'll be able to enjoy the sunset every single night you stay here. The beach and Nai Harn Village are very close by, as are plenty of convenience stores, international restaurants, pubs and other forms of entertainment.
There is a wine cellar for when you want to entertain guests and stylish, contemporary artworks throughout the villa. The large landscaped garden has comfortable seating for everyone and there is a private swimming pool and terrace area, both ideal for relaxing and keeping cool.

The villa is 1km away from Nai Harn Beach and Nai Harn village, where there are loads of international restaurants, bars and convenience stores. A 15-minute drive will take you to the popular Kata and Karon Beaches and a 10-minute drive will take you to Laem Promthep, Chalong Temple and the Big Buddha. Chalong is also a 10-minute drive away, where you will find large, international supermarkets and shopping centres.

"What a superb find villa Maria is! We arrived at 11.30pm with three tired and grumpy kids, after a long trip from Ireland to a warm welcome from the housekeeper Doui, who had some delicious light snack ready for us. She was fantastic throughout the whole holiday... an excellent cook and often gave the children Thai massages when babysitting for us. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and left an invaluable guide for us of the best restaurants to go to, best elephant trek to do, ideal island to visit, even down to a fab Mai Thai gym to go to. The villas was furnished with impeccable style and taste with incredible attention to detail... from the top quality sound and TV systems right down to the beautiful bedlinen. I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough!"
