This stunning property in the heart of Ban Tai, has an abundance of well styled and thought out character. The Designer of this new authentic Siam Style house took features dating back 150 years from Chiang Mai; and re-created them into a high class modern day construction with the concept aimed for “quality of living of our century”.
An electric gated drive way with a peaceful seating area to the left leads to the villa. Entering the hallway you are introduced to the story of the property with opulent handmade sculptures, furniture and artwork from Chiang Mai. Through a glass door you have a view of the outdoor private pool. Walking to the right you will find the living and dining area. A sizable handmade wooden circular dining table with chairs connects to the living area, with a desk and comfortable seating that offers a fantastic place for you to watch television and unwind. The room is lit with natural light coming through from the balcony doors. Stunning features include a colourful stained glass panel, hand crafted artifacts and Thai style art work. Just a few steps away is the highly modern and thoughtfully designed kitchen with a wooden work top and pristine white cupboards. It is fully equipped with all the latest modern gadgets.
Close-by is the master bedroom which you enter through two grand Thai style teakwood doors. The bedroom stuns with its wooden and red décor, stained glass detail, four poster king-size bed and three wardrobes. The en-suite is a great modern and stylish space with a toilet, 2 sinks and rain shower. The bedroom also has access outside to the pool area.
From the hallway, to the right of the property the stairs lead you to two guest bedrooms and a bathroom. The first room is spacious with traditional and sea green pastel décor and the second bedroom with red classic Siam styled décor. Both rooms have a beautiful four poster king-size bed, television and wardrobe with a balcony. A modern tiled bathroom with a generous walk-in shower is shared between the two bedrooms.
The outdoor nine meter private pool has an enchanting water feature that settles you into tranquility. There is an oak dining table as well as sun loungers and a shower around the pool.
