Belonging to one of Samui’s most prestigious and deluxe beachfront developments, Villa Alkira is a schoolbook example of elegance and grace. With its unique beachside position and superior features, it would satisfy even the pickiest of travelers looking for a piece of heaven on their vacation. The villa spreads across several buildings, some of which have two floors. It boasts a vibrant tropical garden with a lawn that stands between the pool and the beach. There is a sea view Sala with a table for 8 in the spacious garden, next to the pool deck that has sun beds and umbrellas. The pool has a waterfall feature that creates soothing sounds throughout the garden, adding to the exclusivity of this island mansion.
The villa’s living area is standalone and all in glass, allowing constant wind flow and boasting garden views. There is a large flat-screen TV with dozens of local and international channels with a DVD player, multiple couches, and a spa bed in case you would like to order a massage. The main building has 2 floors and features a kitchen, dining room, and 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped; it has an island with a breakfast bar and 3 chairs, plus all the appliances you would need including a dishwasher. The dining room features garden and sea views as well as a striking wood-lined vaulted ceiling, and a table that sits 8 persons.
All six bedrooms are stunning, highly comfortable and with superb fittings that include wardrobes and dressing tables. While five of them come with king size beds, one bedroom offers a set of twin beds. Four bedrooms are located in the main building, one 2-storey stand-alone bedroom is in the back, and the master bedroom is in a separate building between the living room and the main building. Every bedroom has its own elegant en suite bathroom, and a total of 4 bathrooms come with a bath tub. The villa can accommodate up to 12 persons. There is an electric gate and private parking; free internet and daily maid service are included in the rate. A number of optional five-star services* is available on site as well (*additional fees apply).
Lipa Noi Beach, West Samui
Villa Alkira enjoys a beachfront location right on one of Samui’s most stunning beaches, Lipa Noi. You will find restaurants and convenience stores about 1 km away from the villa, while renowned hangout venue Nikki Beach Club is less than 3 km or a 5 minutes’ drive away. The main town in Samui called Na Thon is a 10 minute drive away; there you will find a fresh market, ferry terminal, larger shops and supermarkets. The villa is located about 35 km away from the International Airport.
