This unique 5-bedroom fusion villa successfully blends modern design with Asian features and Thai decoration. It is nestled in a quiet area only 1 km away from Rawai beach and features a private pool with garden, full western kitchen, lots of lounging space, laundry room, and more.
5 Bedroom Commodious Pool Rental in a Serene Location
The bright and airy open plan living room faces the pool and features a comfy couch as well as a 40’’ LCD TV with a USB slot, DVD player and sound system. Next to it you will come across a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar for 4, and all needed utensils and cooking appliances (such as a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, etc.). The villa comes with a laundry room that also features storage space and an electronic safe (two more safes are in the poolside rooms), and a private covered carport. There is free Wi-Fi coverage everywhere.
There are 5 bedrooms in total: three in the main building, and two on the opposite side of the pool. The master bedroom features teak furniture and a queen size 4 poster bed, as well as an en suite bathroom with a bath tub. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, located in front of them and next to the living room. Both rooms are fitted with wardrobes and dress tables; the second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom features two single beds. The remaining two bedrooms each feature a queen size bed, seating area with TV, kitchenette and an en suite bathroom with shower. They are detached from the rest of the house and offer a great deal of privacy.
Rawai, charming residential area
The villa is located in a private and tranquil estate just minutes away from charming local and international restaurants, shops, bars and cafés. Rawai Beach is 1 km away from the property and a great place to rent a long tail boat and visit one of the surrounding islands, like Koh Bon or Koh Racha. Renowned Nai Harn Beach and quieter Ya Nui Beach are just 2 km, or a 5-minute drive away respectively.
