I just wanted to take the time to thank each and everyone of your staff through the booking process, and all the way to check out. The four of us who stayed at the Villa could not have been any happier with the service we received. It made our trip to Pattaya truly memorable. Not to mention one of the most lavish villas I have stayed in.

I wanted to especially thank Vee for looking after us, without him, the experience would have no where near as efficient or memorable. His knowledge / contacts / advice was priceless! Paul, you've got a ripper there mate, the fact his English and Local knowledge is as good as any is the best asset your company could have - PRICELESS!

I will be on Trip Advisor over the next few days along with your website to give an 'Aussie' testimonial. Your villas will be at the top of my next trip, along with any of my friends who visit Thailand. My Father is in the process of buying a house with his wife in Jomtien, so there is a good chance we'll be back!!!

well our large group is back in OZ, although we all know where we would rather be.

Many thanks for a great stay once again. No sure what you said to Mr Vee but it worked, and he was very receptive to all our requests. In particular the driver he arranged for the Mini-bus to the airport (very good driver). I also noted Tuk-Ta is available to arrange group activities etc...unfortunately we didn't tap into that until close to the end of the visit.

I now have another group looking at coming early next year, we will also be there in March with 4 and also in August with a larger group. Overall the visit was good, for Aussies the vehicles are real winners and the Villas just sell themselves. It was also noted that the Russians were a little thin on the ground which made the shopping aspects a little brighter.

Our best meal (group vote) was at the Punch and Judy Pub in Soi 8 (off the Tesco road), very well priced and good grub.

Anyway Paul that was our 8th visit to Pattaya and the best to date.

See you in 2014 and regards to the team.

Great villa, great staff, great views

We loved the villa and had a great holiday staying there. We found the management great too especially when we arrived to find the house next door doing some building . With out even complaining we were offered 3 nights at no charge and told the work would be finished on our 2nd day , how can you beat that ! We were out at the beach every day so the noise didn't bother us. The funny thing was we had arrived last minute thinking the villa was not available but the previous people apparently canceled due to the noise so we managed to move in getting 3 nights free and on the second day there was no more work or noise. The villa was real nice and so peaceful , the views were outstanding and waking up to the sound of boats passing by and the sound of the birds was just fantastic. All in all a great place, a great spot , great value and we hope to return again soon!

I will recommend to all my clients and family. We had the best time at your swimming pool. Housekeeping very friendly and helpful. I have 6 children running around all wet! I had requested extra towels. They came within 10 minutes, plus they did my dishes for only 500 THB after hosting 20 people for dinner the night before.

We loved it. Just being able to relax with all my girlz from our daily chaotic life in Bangkok and be able to barbeque. The large private swimming pool with no one around it is better than sex! 5555 lol
