I am regular customer with you .. this is my second visit to your villa I was disappointed when i was charged 1000 bath for early check in .. your villa was empty and you should not charge for couple of hours early check in.. and you should change towels daily Rest all things where superb nd it was a gr8 stay."

Thank-you for your review.
As with all accommodation providers we provide specific check in and out times in our rates.
It is clear from initial booking contract that extra charges will be applied for early check in and late check out at 1/24th of the daily rate per hour. If a villa is empty as with any Hotel it does not mean you can use the premises for free.
Towels are changed free of charge after two days of use it has been that way for all your visits and in our conditions as advised at booking for approaching 15 years. Extra changes are available if required at the laundry cost of about 10 baht per towel.
All your complaints are against the contract at booking which you signed including the terms and conditions as a regular client of THH I am sure you were well aware of this and find your review extremely unfair and unrealistic.

This 5 bedroom villa (2 private ensuite, 2 shared ensuite) is located close to Jomtien Beach and about 10-15 minutes car ride from central Pattaya. This villa is a 2 min walk from the Floating Market, and from there is easy access to taxi service anywhere in the area. Great outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy, with terrific meet/greet and daily housekeeping. Creates a very relaxed, private, and secure setting.

Couldn't have asked for more. Only a 2 day stay and we were left to our own devices. The villa is not far from the beach and from there we grabbed a songtail taxi to walking street street. Check in and booking could not have been easier either.

Sunny villa was great, the pool was amazing, bed was comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. We had a little issue with ceiling fans but nothing to major, the location is a bit off the grid but still close enough to everything. Thanks Thailand Holiday Homes for another great vacation Kevin Clark

The cleaning staff lives directly in the development and was any time approachable. Particularly to be highlighted was the support of the Thailand Holiday Homes manager Richard. Fantastic villa in a great location if you want to be around Siam Country Club - not in Pattaya proper. Rooms are great, the pool is huge, we simply had a great time as a group in this villa.
