I like views, pool and room and Billiards. Location: Areas where villas gather, Close to the beach and tourist spots. The location, the pool and the view are excellent. Overall it was a nice experience. The staff were friendly (and funny) and the grounds are lush and green. The room was fabulous, beds were very comfortable, and our private little garden was magical.

Spent 6 nights at this villa after participating in a friends wedding. Very well apppointed villa, plenty of space and light. Short walk to a 7/11 for all your provisions and several decent restaurants in walking distance too. Tuk Tuks take you everywhere else you need to get to. Support from Thailand Holiday Homes was exceptional, from the booking right through to our departure. All questions responded to promply and satifactorilly. I would definately book with them again. Villa is located in a pleasent compound with security manning the main entrance and private beack within 500m. The villa is very private and quiet with own pool for cooling off. Three generously sized double bedrooms and bathrooms. Large living, dining and kitchen areas and a great outside seating area next to pool in mixture of sun and shade.

The house was generally in good condition. There were some details that we didn't like as there was a leak in the kitchen in the middle of the night, there were a lot of bugs and the refrigerator was put in the kitchen without any plan.

Sorry about the bugs, Thailand being a tropical country it is something we cannot avoid even Hotels have the same issues.
The property and gardens are treated regularly to keep these little criters to a minimum but they are very persistant.
Usualy if you keep the windows and doors closed this is a minor problem but use Mosquito spray when you go out at nights can be purchased in all Phamacies and 7/11 shops.
Sorry you felt the Fridge was situated in the wrong place some kitchen designers have no idea, we could have moved it for you to another location had you asked.
