Arriving at the impressively well maintained and private complex you reach Ban Talay Khaw O8 villa. As you enter the property you are greeted with a huge well lit hall that looks out at the large private pool and terrace. To the right of the first floor you will find the inviting open plan, equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a discretely tucked away utility room. With one side of the property designed with ceiling to floor windows and doors, you can step out on the terrace and jump straight into the grand private pool. Whilst out on the terrace you can bask in the sun, on the loungers and light up the trendy BBQ. To the other end of the first floor is the modern lounge and living area where you can relax and unwind on the comfortable sofa whilst looking out onto the terrace. Set behind the lounge and living area is the first bedroom with en-suite.
