Ban Talay Khaw O8 villa is in the popular location of Choeng Mon, Koh Samui and is just a short walk to Thongson Beach. This 4 bedroom villa offers a magnificent sea view, is spacious, modern and has a large private pool and relaxing terrace area.

Arriving at the impressively well maintained and private complex you reach Ban Talay Khaw O8 villa. As you enter the property you are greeted with a huge well lit hall that looks out at the large private pool and terrace. To the right of the first floor you will find the inviting open plan, equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a discretely tucked away utility room. With one side of the property designed with ceiling to floor windows and doors, you can step out on the terrace and jump straight into the grand private pool. Whilst out on the terrace you can bask in the sun, on the loungers and light up the trendy BBQ. To the other end of the first floor is the modern lounge and living area where you can relax and unwind on the comfortable sofa whilst looking out onto the terrace. Set behind the lounge and living area is the first bedroom with en-suite.

Heading up the wooden staircase to the top floor you can take in this lovely villa from the striking veranda where you have fantastic sea views. A second spacious double bedroom with en-suite has an accompanying balcony that overlooks the private pool and terrace. A third bedroom see’s two single twin beds with en-suite. The final bedroom is also on this floor. This master bedroom replicates the opposite bedroom with a delightful balcony yet stands alone with its sizable walk in wardrobe. At the other end is a spacious en-suite with his and her sinks together with a superior bath.
 

Thongson Beach and Bophut

Perfectly positioned to a nearby beach, Thongson beach is just a 5 minute walk from the villa and Bophut is just a 10-minute drive away where you can enjoy a great evening at the Fisherman’s village.
