We stayed in this villa from 25 May till 04 June, and I must say, it was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. Coming from Hawaii, we have many beautiful homes, but I believe that this one tops it all. The maid staff was friendly and the car hire was great to get around Pattaya and Jomtien with. We are already planning our next adventure back to Thailand

During my first trip to Pattaya this was the bungalow me and my friend stayed in. All I can say is fantastic, the quality of accomadation on offer is truly better than any hotel you could stay in. The maid service everyday was second to none and the pool is just the icing on the cake. Many a days spent just relaxing in your own private garden and having that oppurtunity to jump in the pool when it get that little too hot! Would definatly stay in this bungalow again.

My name is Pooya and I am Iranian. Two of my friend and I had been in Pattaya during the Sonkran celebration. We stayed in view point villa (Baan duan 138/110). It was very beautiful and clean. Mr. Paul is a nice man. He helped us in many things besides Puey was very kind; she reserved three motorbikes and some tiffany show tickets for us. Kal was very friendly; he gave me a wireless password for using internet in the villa. The villa price and accommodation was very reasonable and it was really better than a 5star hotel. I will stay in this villas every time that I come Pattaya again.

We have just returned from Thailand where we hired out the villa for a week, for family and some friends following our oldest daughters wedding in Pranburi. The villa is finished to an excellent standard and the pictures do not do it justice, as it is better in real life. We had a full party of 12 and due to the size of the property none of us ever felt cramped. The location is fantastic for a relaxing holiday as it over looks the 8th tee of a very nice golf course. We managed to fit a couple of rounds of golf in and the green fees are reduced for residences of the properties. The caretaker of the property was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. All the party had a fantastic time and I would gladly recommend it to anyone. I would however like to make a couple of recommendations which may help future occupants. Firstly that a map of the golf course showing the properties is attached, as it was difficult to locate when first arriving and secondly, that a further 4 sun loungers are provided so that there is enough for all 12 occupants.

Stayed in this villa in february best place we have stayed in pattaya.The family stayed with me and the husband we had a great time the granchildren spent most days in the pool.The vila was cleaned daily to a very good standard every think you needed was there.The free car hire was very useful to go shopping go to beach go to local attractions.Ing was very helpfull booking trips or help us in anyway she could. Thankyou Paul & Nom & Ing for a great holiday we hope to return some day would recommend this villa to anyone pure luxury all the way.

Living in Bangkok we love the simplicity of getting away to Pattaya. Paul was very helpful, answering all our questions with regards to baby equipment (we have a 17 month old son). The villa was clean & beautifully presented and we made full use of the swimming pool. We've already recommended the company to friends and will use them when we're next heading out of Bangkok for a few days.
