Enjoyed 2 weeks in this fabulous villa, Very spacious inside with efficient air conditioning. We used it every evening ans were pleasantly surprised to find that we had no incurred extra electricity costs. The daily maid service was efficient, carried out by friendly stuff and any minor problems were solved very quickly. To be fair they were few and far between. We made good use of the outside space, particular the covered seating area which is excellent. It was really nice to have the luxury of secluded gardens. There are restaurants and small shops within easy walking distance of the villa which again we considered to be a benefit. We would certainly consider using the villa again when next in the area.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff and a great location. It has an intimate feel that is more like home than a resort and yet it's just a few minutes drive to attractions and the beach. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Hello, If you are thinking of staying at this property or doing any searching just go ahead and save your time because Thailand Holiday Homes are the nicest and most fairly priced by far! I did my research prior to coming and spent way too much time getting price quotes from other villas in the area (I am always trying to get the best deal, that’s just how I am) including some hotels. The bottom line is this property was BY FAR the best deal. Its clean, the service is excellent and they make you feel like you are at home plus it’s close to all the action but far enough away to get away from all the city life if you want! I am going to make this short and sweet. WE HAD A BLAST! We are already planning our next trip to come back! Can’t wait! Thanks Paul and gang!

I stayed with my friends about 20 persons to play board games. I need more tables and chairs for a lot people. The light in living room was not enough. Others thing were excellent. The position was not far from Bangkok. Wide and comfortable bedroom, bathroom. Staff was helpful in everything I requested. Swimming pool, pool table kitchen and BBQ area were good function for the trip. Will be back again.

Very friendly and forthcoming customer service staff. Great house with plenty of space. can recommend for 4-6 couples or group of up to 10 people. Will stay there at any given time.

On site manager Yvonne was friendly and responsive. There was water/soda/beer/fruit waiting for us when we arrived. Amazing view from the property but it's on top of a big hill so not the most fun to walk up in >90F weather. 7-11/FamilyMart/traditional market/Bangrak pier at the bottom of the hill. Very close to the airport. Wifi was slow at times and electricity was out for a couple hours 2 of the 3 days (the whole area was effected so not a problem with the property). The building is gated with security at front so it felt very safe.
