Most rooms at the villa feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, bringing together the indoor and outdoor areas and contributing to the overall natural feeling. The pool patio comes with an infinity pool great for cooling down, a couple of sun beds and an outdoor table, all perfect for fun group days in the tropics.

At this hillside villa, rotating between the patio and the air-conditioned spaces can be done within a blink of an eye.  The living room opens to the pool and features a comfortable white couch, flat-screen Cable TV and a couple of fans – the room is also air-conditioned and there is a gentle breeze if you open the windows. The lounge is open plan with kitchen and dining, guest toilet, plus a small working corner with a desk and chair. The kitchen is sleek, modern and fully equipped for meal preparation; there is an electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a large fridge. The glass dining table is set for 6, and there is a breakfast bar with 4 chairs as well.

There are three bedrooms that can sleep a total of 6 people. The master bedroom has an en suite double bathroom while the other two bedrooms share one bathroom. All three bedrooms come with queen size beds, fittings, air-cons and blackout curtains. While the master bedroom has direct pool access, the second bedroom has doors that lead to the back of the house. The third bedroom is quite charming as it has a small lounge with a sofa and TV, and a separate bed area above it that is reachable by a staircase.

The villa's rate includes free parking, Wi-Fi, and daily cleaning. On the premise you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer.

Hillside location between Maenam and Bophut

The villa is tucked in on a hill about 1 km away from the main road and only 1-2 km from a number of restaurants and shops; Maenam hosts a myriad of international diners that include seafood, Japanese, Italian and other cuisines. White-sanded 7 km long Maenam Beach is 2.3 km away from the property. Every Thursday evening you can enjoy walking street at the local Maenam market, sampling Thai food and browsing local handicrafts, which is only 2 km away. Famous Fisherman Village is a 6-7 minute ride away.
