Chase 8 provides the best of both worlds. The surrounding area is as peaceful as they come, and all of the fun activities that Pattaya and Jomtien have on offer are an easy drive away. Inside this 4 bedroom villa in North Pattaya, you’ll find everything spacious and inviting, with all the amenities you could need during your stay. This summer home was designed with comfort and entertainment in mind.
The garden is serene with an uncluttered feel that will put your mind at ease. There is a private pool for you to relax in, and an adjoining kiddie pool for little ones. Security and privacy are provided with the large wall that surrounds the property, also guaranteeing you a peaceful vacation. There is a large Thai Sala with a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, as well as a small bar area and refrigerator. Another great place to relax and dine in the garden is the terrace, which connects to the lounge.
The spacious lounge boasts great views of the landscaped gardens and is another relaxing setting to relish in. It features a comfortable L-shape black couch, big flat-screen TV with international TV channels, and a DVD player. The room includes a dining area with a six-seat glass dining table and nice wicker chairs. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a lot of room to prepare meals on the black granite benches. The modern appliances provided include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, stovetops and a microwave.
The villa has a total of four bedrooms. Two have their own en suite bathrooms, whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have double beds whilst the fourth bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or guests. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and two of them have great views overlooking the pool, garden and terrace area.

Even though the villa is set in the tranquil countryside, it is just a hop, skip and jump away from all the action. Pattaya is a short 20 minute drive away, with Jomtien an extra 5 beyond that. Places that are even closer by are the Siam Country Club, Phoenix Golf Club, Lake Mabprachan, Million Year Stone Park, and the Elephant park, which are all only ten minutes away.

"Fantastic pool and Gardens, very private. We very much enjoyed the sala and BBQ area. The internet was better than we expected. The maid service was daily but we opted for every other day and this was not a problem. We look forward to coming back next year."
