It has a large and beautiful landscaped garden with many trees and flowers, alongside a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and kids’ sections, plus an adjoining terrace. This is where the whole family can come together for unforgettable sunny days that consist of lazing around, playing games, barbecuing, and swimming.
The villa’s interior is open plan and spacious, boasting great pool views. Here you will find lots of wooden wall units and a wooden coffee table, 40-inch TV with international channels, DVD player, and a 3-piece-suite. There is also a wood and marble dining table set for 6 people. The kitchen is set within the main living space, and it features lots of units and black granite work tops for food preparation. The appliances on hand include an oven, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and a 3-ring gas hob.

Shopping centres are a 5-minute drive away, and so are tourist attractions such as the Pattaya Floating Market and Pattaya Underwater World. Driving to Pattaya beach road takes between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on the traffic.
