Villa Amiya is a great choice for families and groups of friends who are looking for a shared multifaceted rental in a wonderful Pattaya location. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, and family-friendly Jomtien beach is only a kilometer away, along with many other attractions close by. The property spreads over two floors and it comes with a private swimming pool and a shaded terrace. Lounge around on the two sun beds, kick back in the shade with a good book, or cool down in the pool – the villa offers multiple outdoor seating areas for you and your dear ones to enjoy. The pool area also has an umbrella and an outdoor shower.
The villa’s common spaces indoors are just as versatile and welcoming. The ground floor comprises a large living room with dining, kitchen, and a guest bathroom. The living room has a comfy couch that fits 5 persons at once, next to a flat-screen TV with Cable channels, CD/DVD player, and Surround Sound. The entertainment system will provide great fun to the little ones, or during the days you decide to stay in. The indoor dining table has space for 6, and the fully fitted kitchen is located right next to it. It has everything you’d need for self-catering, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, fridge, oven, hob, and all the cooking utilities.
All 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are situated on the villa’s first floor. The master and the 4th bedroom have a king size bed each, while the 2nd and the 3rd bedroom each feature a queen size bed. The bathrooms come with a washbasin, shower and toilet each; the master bedroom is also fitted with a bathtub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, comfortable, and fully furnished, including wardrobes and vanity tables. Three of the bedrooms also feature TVs, and a safety deposit box is available on the premise as well.
Free internet and daily maid service are included in the rate, and safe parking is available just outside the front gate. Additionally, the villa features a washing machine and an iron/ironing board set.

The villa is set in a residential village very close to Chaiyapruek 1 road, about 1 km away from the relaxed Jomtien Beach. This area boasts multiple convenience stores, spas, and eateries within walking distance, including a number of local restaurants that specialize in freshly caught seafood. Superb family-style attractions such as Pattaya Floating Market and Underwater World Pattaya are about 1 km away from the villa (please note that they lie in opposite directions). Reaching Pattaya downtown would take about 10 minutes by car.
