This 3-bedroom villa comes a great addition of communal facilities such as a large pool, restaurant and fitness centre. It is nestled in a quiet and attractive location only 0.6 km from the beach, shops and nightlife. The villa sleeps up to six persons, it features a private swimming pool and it is surrounded by a high wall to ensure seclusion.
This value-for-money villa has everything you need to both unwind and explore the many attractions of this popular part of Eastern Thailand. The pool area is completely private and it features a couple of sun beds; it is decorated with a Thai-style mounted stone carving featuring elephants in a forest setting. The open-style living room looks out onto the pool and encompasses the lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is a large flat-screen TV with international channels and a DVD player to enjoy holiday movies.
All three bedrooms at the villa have double beds, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The master bedroom provides direct access and views to the pool, a flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms also come with TVs and share a guest bathroom.
The kitchen area with wood fixtures is conveniently contained within the villa’s open-plan living area. It comes with a refrigerator, gas-hob cooker with extractor fan, and a microwave. Holiday dining is easy in the convenient dining area located in the villa’s open-plan living space. The table and chairs for six people are set right beside the kitchen space.
Jomtien Beach, South Pattaya

Lying south of the main Pattaya Beach area, Jomtien Beach is more peaceful and less crowded than its neighbour. The open-air restaurants, bars and cafes that line the beach are famous for their fresh seafood. The relaxed ambience is wound up in the evening, with live music and entertainment. The eclectic Jomtien Complex is comprised of a cluster of shop houses, bars, cafes and restaurants, while the hustle and bustle of Pattaya City and its large shopping centres are just a 10-minute drive away.
