- Maid Service included 3 times per week. You can order an extra maid service by 200 THB per hour (available from Monday to Saturday, from 8AM till 5PM);
- Bed linen is changed every week on Fridays if staying beyond Saturday;
- Towels are changed 3 times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays;
- Check-in time: 2PM;

Accommodation
Beds
The three bedrooms sleep 6 people in total in ultra-modern environments. The first bedroom is located downstairs to the rear of the villa, enjoying a double bed, double wooden wardrobes, air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The Master Bedroom is something special, located on the upper floor with triangular shaped ceilings and immense sea-views. The bedroom terrace is the best place in the villa to enjoy the sea-views. This bedroom has a double bed, a Sharp flat-screen TV, DVD player, air-conditioning and satellite TV. The third bedroom is also on the upper floor adjacent to the master. Here you will find a double bed, wardrobes, a settee wardrobe, air-conditioning and is connected to an ensuite bathroom that can also be accessed from the outdoor area.
Baths
There are two bathrooms in the villa, one of which that is ensuite for the downstairs bedroom, coming equipped with a shower, toilet and wash basins, and the second bathroom that is also ensuite for the 3rd bedroom on the upper level, although this van also be accessed independently of the bedroom. This bathroom also has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen
The kitchen is located directly to the right when entering the villa from the terrace, so you can enjoy sea-views when cooking a spot of lunch. The appliances include a 2-ring electric stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, water heater, a blender and a washing machine.
Living Room
The lounge is the focal point of an open plan living space that is decorated in light tones that gives the area a contemporary feel. Luxurious and comfortable, the lounge enjoys a 6-seat settee, a Sharp Flat-Screen TV, DVD player, Wifi internet and satellite TV channels.
Dining Room
Positioned next to the lounge and kitchen, the dining area is cozy and has a 6-seat dining table. Alternatively, there is a table with four chairs located on the garden overlooking the bay that makes for an amazing al fresco dining experience.
