This two-storey-house with two bedrooms is an ideal holiday retreat for a couple or two friends traveling together.
The open-plan 100sqm ground floor consists of both an indoor and outdoor kitchen with a small inner rear garden, a dining area, comfortable and lovingly decorated living room, a stylish bathroom and a large terrace with comfortable sofas from where you enjoy fantastic sea views. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with the main bedroom occupying a sea view. A wireless network system operates throughout the villa along with a secondary lighting system if required.

From the cozy 25sqm bedrooms on the second floor of the villa you can enjoy views through the tropical garden to the Gulf of Thailand. With a king-size double bed and individually controlled air conditioning, your evenings sleep will be a convenient pleasure. For your personal use there is a safety box, music system plus TV located within the bedroom. At the entrance to the second floor is another bedded area which allows a third person to sleep if required.Baths
Situated on the ground floor you will find the stylish master bathroom with a bathtub, wash basin, toilet and a shower with sea views. The second bathroom with shower and toilet is located adjacent to the bedroom on the second floor.Kitchen
The villa offers one internal and a separate outside kitchen. The inner kitchen is the preparation area for your meals and has all the necessary appliances i.e. a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hot water maker and a toaster while the outer kitchen is the main cooking area and therefore equipped with a stove, deep-fryer and rice cooker. Both these areas are overlooking the inner rear garden.Living Room
The unique living area for this villa is divided into two parts. Internally there is a modern sofa from where you can watch TV with full international channels or your favorite DVDs. The adjacent second open plan living place is situated on the beachside of the large terrace with a large L-shaped sofa allowing you to relax while sipping exotic cocktails and enjoying the views over the sea to the nearby islands. A chic swinging chair adjacent to the sofa is the best place to chill out and read a book on your own. From your terrace, steps lead down to a lush tropical secluded private garden and beyond a natural rock formation is your individual beach area.Dining Room
