This four-bedroom villa is just 200 meters from a scenic private beach on the southwestern coast of Koh Samui.

Nestled on a cliff on Samui's secluded southwest coast, this amazing villa offers the very best in ocean views. The surrounding mountains are equally as breathtaking, as are the sunsets that can be seen every evening. The villa has all the comforts you'll need and the infinity pool with sea-views is just one more stunning feature included. It really is a great place to escape to with friends and family.
The private 1km driveway leads up to the villa's entrance, surrounded by a luscious garden with a lily pond. This three-storey property leads to a huge terrace on the third floor that has an extended dining and chill-out area with a modern open-plan kitchen and access to the villa's first living room. A staircase through the center of the property leads down to the pool terrace, surrounded by the second living room, a media room and three of the four bedrooms.
The 15m x 6m infinity pool is adjoined by a hardwood decked area that lights up in the evenings. Views of the bay can be seen from here and it also allows easy access to your own Thai sala below with its own open-air Jacuzzi.
Taling Ngam, South Samui
Renaissance Villa is in an undisturbed area of the island and is just a short walk to a beautiful private beach. It is located in Baan Taling Ngam, which has two of the best beaches in the region. For a glimpse of the traditional island lifestyle there is the nearby fishing village of Phangka.
There are plenty of dining options in the immediate area, including the restaurants at the Conrad Resort and the famous Five Island's Beachside Restaurant, which is just a short 10-minute drive away. Samui International Airport is just a 45-minute drive from the villa. The local town of Nathon is 20 minutes to the north, and 30 minutes to the south is the vibrant Lamai beach resort.

Accommodation
Beds
Renaissance Villa Koh Samui has four individual bedroom suites. Three of the rooms are on the second floor with direct access to the pool terrace and the fourth and fifth bedrooms are on the first level and are surrounded by the luscious tropical garden. Each of the bedrooms has a king-size double bed as well as a daybed, a separate dressing area and an elegant en-suite.
Baths
The en-suite bathrooms are all fitted with two sinks and walk-in showers. The master bathrooms and the lower fourth bedroom have their own private bathtubs, and bedrooms two and three share a Spa like area containing a huge bathtub in the centre. This bathroom also looks out onto some stunning natural features outside.
Kitchen
The open air kitchen has panoramic views and is equipped with plenty of mod-cons, including a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee/espresso machine, oven and a ceramic cooking hob with an extractor hood above. A fully qualified Thai Chef is available upon request if you don’t feel like cooking or if you want to sample some authentic local cuisine.
Living Room
One of the two living rooms is on the top floor and affords stunning views of the tropical gardens and tranquil bay. There are two large sofas in this room, as well as a designer coffee table, two relaxing arm chairs and elegant Thai furnishings. The second modern lounge area also has marvellous artworks and furniture, as well as a fridge and a separate temperature controlled wine cellar. There is also a media room nearby with 2 large sofas, easy chairs and a large sunken LCD-TV for your viewing pleasure.
Dining Room
The open plan dining area has views overlooking the pool and tropical garden, as well as the cosy bay. The solid wooden table can seat up to six people and there is also a breakfast bar for morning meals and light snacks.
