ビーチからたった600m、プラトゥムナックヒルに建つ新築プライベートなこの４ベッドルームヴィラは、目の肥えた旅行者さえも圧倒するような、洗練された超モダンデザインで設計されております。背の高いゲートに一歩足を踏み入れると、バーベキューユニットとデッキチェアのある手入れの行き届いた庭に迎えられます。こちらのお庭は、８名様分のお座席のあるテラスから見下ろすプライベートプールがございます。
上階にあるテラスに隣接する背の高い窓は、ネオンライトデコレーションのある高い天井のオープンリビングエリアへと続いております。リビングスペースは、ラウンジ、ダイニングとウェスタンスタイルキッチンが含まれております。また同じ階には専用バスルームのある２つのダブルベッドルームもございます。
階下には設備の整ったフィットネスとラウンジとキッチネットのあるカジュアルなオープンリビングエリア、専用バスルーム付きのダブルベッドルームが２つございます。
２つに階に別れたデザインのこちらのヴィラは、広々としそれぞれの方のプライバシーが守られておりますので、ご友人同士でのご旅行、多世代ファミリーのご旅行などに最適です。
ヴィラ内合計で９名様までご宿泊いただけます。こちらのヴィラは、ビーチそばで、特別なコンテンポラリースタイルのヴィラをお求めの方に特におすすめです。
プラトゥムナックヒル、北パタヤ
こちらのヴィラは、プラトゥムナックヒルの脇道沿いのプライベートな住宅地、ビーチからたった600メートルの場所に位置しております。隣接する道路は、プラトゥムナックヒルの中でも最も静かな通りの１つですが、それでもバー、レストラン、コンビニエンスストア等まで徒歩圏内です。パタヤとジョムティエンのちょうど中間に位置し、ウォーキングストリートの裏手まではお車でたった2分です。こちらのエリアは、ファミリーや観光地に近くありながら静けさも求める方に最適のエリアです。

大きく広々とした４つのベッドルームは、美しいデザインと快適な内装が施されております。すべてのベッドルームには専用バスルーム、ダブルベッド、木製フロア、ワードローブスペースと薄型テレビがございます。４つのうち１つのベッドルームにはエクストラシングルベッドがございますので、ヴィラ全体で9名様までがお休みいただけます。2つのベッドルームは上階に位置し、そのうちの１つはベッドルームというよりはスイートと呼ぶにふさわしいマスターベッドルームとなっております。残る２つのベッドルームは階下にございます。Baths

"Overall it was a positive experience. This is our 3rd year in a row renting a villa from Thailand Holiday Homes. We really like this villa and we look forward to coming back same time next year. The only thing you have to watch for is the electricity. We incurred about 3,000 baht in extra utilities after a 7 day stay. but, the cost split 3 ways was not a big deal. Next time we will refrain from running the AC all day. The only complain that we have was the gym in the villa was not working and the equipment was a bit rusty. other than that, we were very happy with the villa. "

"This villa was truly amazing. Big is an understatement to the size of this property. All facilities were top notch and the gym was just an added bonus. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a higher end property. Now there is a huge apartment block being built right next door but this did not bother us as work is almost completed and we didn't hear much noise from it. This may be bit of an issue once it is completed and people move in as they will be able to see right though the villa especially with the massive glass wall facing the apartment building. Overall we had a fantastic stay here. There are however two things which prevented me from rating this 5 stars. The first is the daily electricity limit. It is no were near enough to what it should be. Even if you are really careful you are still going to go over. If the daily limit is doubled then you may (I say may) be OK. The second was that on the third day of our stay the main TV in the living room broke down and after contacting management who said they will get it fixed, twice, no engineer came round to fix it. Which to us was a bit of a shame as we spent over two weeks in the villa. "

"The villa is so luxury, everything is huge. The facilities are great, I love the kitchen and all the utensils very much. It takes a great deal of electricity to cool the villa. Though I need to pay about THB1,000 per night on electricity, the overall price to stay in the villa is relatively cheap as the villa is new and relaxing. The garden is pretty and the pool is clean. I know this is not easy to keep. That is why workers start to work early in the morning and keep going in and out the villa the whole day. The overall experience was really nice, even there was a construction site right next to the villa, there was not much noise detected. Great place! "

" Villa is really big as seen from the website. But would like to point out as follows: 1. The final payment amount,howcome is thb18 instead of thb17 2. The electricity is really very expensive,and out of our expectation, we think, should be included in the rental charge. 3. Cleaning needs improvement.
